Evan has been fishing for all of his adult life. For the past 15 yrs. he has owned his own boat and fishes out of Pubnico, NS.

After years of selling his catch to buyers, who then sell it at a markup to consumers; Evan decided to start a business selling his own freshly caught fish to you, the consumer.

Evan now goes out and catches the fish and brings it back to be processed , in a government inspected plant. The fresh fish is packaged here, in Pubnico, for delivery to a location near you.

***Some types of seafood are packaged in 1 and 2 LB. packages for convenient use.***

James "Jimmy" Kerr

   

Jimmy has been involved in the fishing industry for 15 years. He has been a clammer, lobsterer and dragger. Jimmy also has a Captains license.

Jimmy works with other family members in the packaging end of the business. He is also on the road from Thursday to Saturday night bringing the fresh seafoods to a location near you.

You'll see Jimmy at the Farmers Markets somewhere between Pubnico and Dartmouth. Look for the Evans Fresh Seafoods trucks at your local market, check our locations for a market near you, and Jimmy will be driving one.
